Technique of execution CABLE LATERAL RAISE
- Stand beside to the rope simulator, setting the handle at the level of the lower block. The working arm must be located directly at the cable.
- Pull the opposite arm across the body, grasp the handle and stand upright, completely straightening the arm and placing the feet in parallel.
- For a better balance of the body, grasp the simulator with your free hand.
- Slightly bending the working arm in the elbow, raise the hand to the level of the shoulder. Pause and then slowly lower the dumbbell back to its original position.
