  1. Starting position: face to the simulator, the body is tilted forward (up to an angle of 30 degrees with the floor), and the waist is slightly bent and tense. The legs are shoulder width apart, slightly bent at the knees, and the head looks straight ahead. The handle is on the straight arms in front of the shins, the grip is “from above”, the distance between the palms is slightly wider than the shoulders, which will allow the elbows to be raised above the back level. The elbows are located along the body and do not part, moving only in an upright position during the exercise.
  2. Inhale, hold your breath and begin to pull the handle gently to the waist, trying to do it solely with the back muscles and with a minimum of hands. Once elbows pass the level of the back, begin to pull back the shoulders, this will shift the load to the top of the back and allow you to raise the handle even higher.
  3. Pull the bar to the belt, exhale and also smoothly lower the handle down. After a short pause, you can perform the following repetition.
