🔥 KNEE PAIN? DON’T BLAME YOUR KNEE 🔥
✅ Very useful and creative post. I get a lot of reports of knee pain, and although there are many potential causes of knee pain and it will never be a bad idea to check it with a medical professional, there is a good chance that knee pain is not related to the knee itself.
✅ This is another pretty cool analogy that calls “squeezing the towel”. The knee joint allows for flexion and extension and because of the rotations allowed by the knee joint, injuries to the soft tissue which surrounds it can occur. The knee is between the hip and the ankle and can only do what these two joints allow it to do.
- If you have strong buttocks + weak arches, you can feel pain on the outside of the knee.
- If you have weak buttocks + strong arches, you can get pain in the inner side of the knee.
- If you have strong buttocks + strong arches, the knee should be strong and stable.
