3 Things to Avoid:
❌Bending Arms Too Soon- Bending the arms too soon will prevent you from getting the most momentum.
❌Elbows Wide- Unless you are specifically wanting to target more rhomboids, bringing elbows wide will be a weaker approach and result in less endurance.
❌Knees Bending Too Soon On Descent- During descent, it is important that your hands clear your knees before bending them or the handle will catch on your knees. This friction will greatly slow your pace and overall momentum with this exercise.

3 Things to Include:
✅Rowing With Straight Arms- Keeping arms straight during the starting portion of your row will allow you to propel the resistance back with more body weight rather than doing the work with mostly your arm muscles.
✅Elbows Tucked- Keeping elbows tucked close to your sides will be the most efficient way to row.
✅Arms Fall Before Knees Bend During Descent- Allowing your arms to clear your knees during descent before knees bend will result in a more fluid and uninterrupted path.
