Shrimp with vegetables

What will be required:

  • 0.5 kg. frozen unpurified shrimp
  • 200-250 gr. broccoli (1/2 pack frozen)
  • 1 large sweet red pepper
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • lemon
  • green onion
  • soy sauce

Preparation:

Shrimp washed and dried with a napkin, cleaned.
Peeled ginger and garlic chop, greens are also finely chopped, vegetables, if necessary, also cut into several pieces, this and frozen can be done.

Preheat the oven (or thick-walled frying pan).

The first to go are shrimps, as soon as they turn and turn pink, add garlic and ginger, after a minute (continue stirring) we put vegetables, a couple of minutes – soy sauce, lemon juice and the last greens.
