Five years ago when the scale said 300 lbs it was the first time I set foot in a gym. I became obsessed with losing weight and I starved myself and did hours of cardio.
I lost 100 lbs in a year and then one day when I had to carry some boxes to a friend’s place I passed out from the effort.
This made me realize that what I was doing was not healthy, so I started eating more, reduce cardio and focus more on lifting. Now I’m the strongest, healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been.
