- To do this exercise, you will need a legroom platform;
- Go to the simulator bench, place your feet together in the middle of the platform, this will be the starting position;
- Remove the fixings fixing the platform and start slowly lowering the platform, your knees and feet should remain together, push down platform to the bottom, and alse push up platform to start position;
