Technique of execution CABLE LATERAL RAISE 

  1. Stand beside to the rope simulator, setting the handle at the level of the lower block. The working arm must be located directly at the cable.
  2. Pull the opposite arm across the body, grasp the handle and stand upright, completely straightening the arm and placing the feet in parallel.
  3. For a better balance of the body, grasp the simulator with your free hand.
  4. Slightly bending the working arm in the elbow, raise the hand to the level of the shoulder. Pause and then slowly lower the dumbbell back to its original position.
