Exercise: Twisting the body
Technique of the exercise:
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and hands near your feet.
- Tear both feet off the floor.
- Lower the upper part of the body, and simultaneously pull the legs forward.
- Rise into a sitting position.
- Do not let your feet touch the floor.
Exercise: Scissors
Technique of the exercise:
- Lie on your back.
- Put both hands behind your head and tear your head off the floor.
- Keep your legs straight and lift them half a meter from the floor.
- Spread your legs slightly wider than your hips.
- Shift your legs, keeping them at the same level.
Exercise: Bicycle
Technique of the exercise:
- Sit on the floor with knees bent at the knees.
- Tilt the body back and rest on your elbows.
- Keep your legs bent at the knees and tear them off the floor.
- Pull the left leg forward, leaving your right leg bent.
- Alternately change your legs to perform bicycle traffic.
Exercise: Twisting legs lying on the side
Technique of the exercise:
- Lay down on your side and lean back slightly.
- Hold your hands behind your head.
- Tear both feet off the floor and twist your legs so that they touch the knee, elbow of the arm.
- Pull your feet forward, keeping them raised.
- Do the required number of times and repeat the exercise lying on the other side.
Exercise: Twists and turns
Technique of the exercise:
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your arms crossed on your chest.
- Tear both feet off the floor.
- Lower the upper body, and turn the shoulders to the right side and pull your legs forward.
- Rise into a sitting position, do not put your feet on the floor.
- Repeat the exercise with turning the shoulders to the left.
