The chest is probably one of the most prepared parts of the body.

The big problem with a lot of procedures in the chests is that they are focused only on the middle of the chest with exercises such as a barbell and slippers.

But in order to have an impressive chest, you must work on each part, especially with the upper chest.

The development of a large upper chest will give you the illusion that your chest is larger than it actually is (like my hands)

1 Inclined DB press 2 x 12, 1 x 15
2 flat press presses 2 x 12, 1 x 15
3 Deviation of the BB press 2 x 10-12
4 pullovers 3 x 10
5 Cable crossings 3 x 15
6 Press the zoom buttons 2 x 15
