How to Maximize Your Lat Stretch
The Latissimus Dorsi – is a large muscle running from the upper part of your arm down to parts of your mid and lower back.
Start by placing your elbows on the edge of the table/bench, with your hands facing you while holding the bar;
Slowly sink your chest down to the ground until you feel some stretch through the lats;
Hold for 1 full inhale and exhale;
Next, walk your hands out slightly;
Rinse and repeat for 2-4 rounds
