🎯The Latissimus Dorsi – is a large muscle running from the upper part of your arm down to parts of your mid and lower back.
1️⃣ Start by placing your elbows on the edge of the table/bench, with your hands facing you while holding the bar;
2️⃣ Slowly sink your chest down to the ground until you feel some stretch through the lats;
3️⃣ Hold for 1 full inhale and exhale;
4️⃣ Next, walk your hands out slightly;
5️⃣ Rinse and repeat for 2-4 rounds
