✅聽However, I just need to make something clear. The stronger you get (which is a training thing, not a nutrition thing), the more muscle you’ll have. It’s not the other way around. Naturally the more muscle you have, the more you’re able to lift.鉅鉅

✅聽Now strength isn’t just about the amount of muscle you have. It’s also about how much of that muscle you can recruit to lift weights for you, and that’s on your nervous system. The better you get at an exercise, the stronger you’ll naturally get at it without necessarily having more muscle. That’s a neurological adaptation.鉅



✅聽Bottom line, strength is a SKILL to be aquired. Get better at the exercise, increase weight and reps in the short term, and increase volume (sets) in the long term. That’s how you get stronger AND build muscle.鉅
