Here in the Philippines its one of the native fruits you can eat it raw (green) or ripe (yellow), you can make a soup out of it. You can grow it by just throwing seed in the land. One tree can give you hundreds of yummy fruits.
This is one of my favorite breakfast options, because scrambled eggs with berries and avocado are easy, fast and very tasty.
Eggs with berries and avocado
Products:
Eggs - 3 pieces.
berries - blackberries, blueberries
Spices (optional) - to taste
Salt - pinch
A piece of toasted toast of brown bread
Smoothies orange -Grape fruit
INGREDIENTS:
· Orange - 1 pc.
· Grapefruit - 1/2 pcs.
· Honey - 1 tbsp. l.
· Lemon - 1-2 wedges
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients and blend with a blender. Get a fridge or add ice
