6th day Chellenge Exercises for Girls 

Our training will consist of 6 days Chellenge:

On Monday we will train the total body:

  • 20 second high knee
  • 20 second burpees
  • 20 second push up
  • Jump Squat
  • Mountain climbers
  • Tricep dips

Tuesday we will train the a Abdominal:

  • 20 seconds Crunches
  • 15 seconds Bicycles crunches
  • 15 seconds Lying leg raise
  • 15 seconds Flutter kicks
  • 60 seconds side plank
  • 60 seconds plank

Wednesday workout BUTT & Thighs

Thursday we will do the home workout Arms

Friday we will do home workout for total abdominal

Saturday we will do home workout burning fat

  • 60 second squats
  • 60 second lunges
  • 60 second burpees
  • 60 second jumping jacks
  • 60 second high knees
  • 60 second wall sit
