- 30 second squats
- 30 second pile squats
- 30 donkey kicks
- 30 second hip lifts
- 20 second lunge
- 20 second fire hydrants

Thursday we will do the home workout Arms
- 60 second pushup
- 60 second tricep pushups
- 60 second chair tricep dips
- 60 second circles
- 45 second wall pushups
- 45 second plank to pushup
